Uses

Vitamin B12 and folate helps to form red blood cells and to maintain the body’s ability to metabolize nutrients.

Vitamin B12 helps in the normal function of the immune system, in energy metabolism in the body and helps to prevent B12 deficiency.

Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy.

Medicinal ingredients (in each capsule)

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)… 1000 mcg
Vitamin B9 (folate, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt)… 400 mcg

Non-medicinal ingredients

Sorbitol, stearic acid, cherry flavour, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, rebaudioside A.

Directions

Adults, adolescents and children (6 years and over): take 1 tablet 1 time per day  ·use as a lozenge, chew or swallow whole.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Do not use if the security seal around the cap is broken or missing. Keep cap tightly closed and keep away from light.
