• Borage (Borago officinalis, seed oil) 75 mg
• Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac, roots) 50 mg
• Bibhitaki (Beleric myrobalan fruit) 50 mg
• Haritaki (Chebulic myrobalan, fruit) 50 mg
• Amla (Emblica officinalis fruit) 50 mg
• Plum (Prunus domestica, fruit) 30 mg
• Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis, roots) 25 mg
• Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seeds) 25 mg
• Slippery elm (Ulmus rubra, bark) 25 mg
• Papain (Carica papaya, fruit) 5 mg (10,000 FCC PU)

Dosage

Take 6 capsules with at least 8 oz. (240 ml) of water or other fluids 2 times per day.

This product must be taken with at least 8 ounces (full glass) of water or other fluid, as if taken with insufficient liquid may result in choking or blockage of throat, esophagus or intestine.
