Winter Syrup

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve:

• sore throat and cough
• catarrhs of the upper respiratory tract, including coughs associated with colds

Ingredients (per 10 ml):

Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus essential oil, leaf) …0.4% (w/w)
Pinus sylvestris (Scotch pine essential oil, needles) …0.27% (w/w)
Satureja montana (Winter savory, leaf) ………………….0.003% (w/w)

Non-medicinal ingredients: D-Fructose, glycerin, Ficus carica (fig-tree) syrup, lemon peel essential oil, cassia essential oil.

Dosage:

Adults (18 years and over): Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 10 days. Store in a cool place.

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or suffering from asthma.  Do not use in case of inflammation and/or ulceration of the gastrointestinal system, inflammation of the bile ducts or liver disease.

Cautions and warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking blood thinners, or medications to treat diabetes. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing.

Known adverse reactions:

Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) may occur. If so, discontinue use. Contains: Gluten. Discontinue use if gastrointestinal irritation or discomfort (such as nausea and vomiting) occurs.
